Provide support to set nested folder path in Amazon bucket as the root folder for Blazor File Manager

As per our current implementation, the Amazon file service provider only sets the first available folder in the bucket as the root folder, not its sub folders. Need to provide support to set the nested level folder in an Amazon bucket as the root folder of File Manager.
