Need to provide API for opening the action dialogs in spreadsheet

We think the ideal solution for this would be to add APIs to allow opening these dialogs. Even better would be to add APIs for all actions available in the ribbon/toolbar.

That is already possible in other syncfusion components (like the document editor) and would allow users to customize the UI.
