Provide RemoveUrl property to RichTextEditorImageSettings in Rich Text Editor

Issue Description:

Need to provide RemoveUrl property for imageSettings to communicate with Api just like SaveUrl.

 

Current Behavior:

RichTextEditorImageSettings doesn't have a RemoveUrl property to communicate with APi while removing images.

Expected Behavior:

RichTextEditorImageSettings  should have RemoveUrl property.
