Wrong chart sizing and no autoresize in DashboardLayoutPanel

  • On the first DashboardLayout render, charts overflow panel size and overlap with each other.
  • When resizing DashboardLayoutPanel, charts do not auto-resize to fit the new panel size.
  • When page zoom is bigger than 125%, the height does not autofit and always overflows the panel.
