Rotate the Maps

The support for rotating the shape map in the Maps control must be provided. We need to rotate the map so that the bearing of the geometry is oriented as close to left to right as possible. For example if the geometry is mostly north to south, we could set the bearing of the map to 90 degrees and the geometry would head from left to right in the view.
