To disable some toolbar items for protect sheet and customize the edit alert dialog content.

Issue 1:
1. Apply protect sheet
2.Some of the toolbar items like image data validation are enabled
3. Need to ensure this with MS Excel and API too

Issue 2:
Need to customize the edit alert dialog for protected sheet in dialogBeforeOpen event
