Fixed values in date, month, or year in the Datepicker

Need to provide support to set fixed value either in day, month, year or in combinations of these two. Please find the cases below

  
Fixed day - allows to select only the month and year
Fixed month - allows to select only date and year

Fixed year - allows to select only date and month
Fixed month and year - allows to select only date

Fixed month and date - allows to select only year
Fixed date and year - allows to select only month
