Missing localization for German in QueryBuilder

Hi,

the german localization for the QueryBuilder ist missing a localized text for the "+" button.

I already fixed this and created a pull request (#99)

in your Github /syncfusion/ej2-locale Repository. Please accept and merge my PR so we and everybody else can use the correct German translation.
