Support to add image in header and footer while Pivot Table export

The Pivot table supports following export types,

  • Excel

  • CSV

  • PDF

We can add header and footer additionally while exporting. And currently we don't have support to add image to the header and footer. So, we need to provide support to add images for all the above export types.
