sfform used as mdichild disposing error when form is in maximized state

I use sfform as mdi child form. When the childform (sfform) is in maximized state and I close it, it throws error from the base.disposing call as shown in the attachment. If I minimize the child window before closing, it works fine. Or if the child is in minimized/normal state, it closes fine.
