Access violation exception occurs while drag and drop control to designer with Visual studio 2022 version

Access violation exception occurs while drag and drops control to designer with Visual studio 2022 version. If we drag and drop the SplitContainerAdv to the designer the below crashing issue occurs. 

We suspect this issue is occurring due to the breaking changes in the visual studio 2022.
