Provide virtual scrolling support for the Swimlane rows and Cards in Kanban

Currently, the Kanban component does have support for virtual scrolling for the swimlane rows and swimlane cards. Need to consider this support in the kanban.


1.) Swimlane rows virtual scrolling

Current Behavior:

Kanban swimlane rows and columns doesn’t have virtual scrolling support.

Expected Behavior:

Kanban swimlane rows and columns must have virtual scrolling support.
