Minimized tileView items lost the data template value when it scrolled up/down

Minimized tile view items lost the data template value when they scrolled up/down.

1. Run the Sample.

2. Maximize any tile view and scroll the minimized tile view

3. And we can see the minimized tile view will empty, if we scroll up/down it will start loading.
