Support to display the trackball tooltip smartly when there is no space horizontally

The trackball tooltip is displayed right to the track line by default. And if there is not enough space horizontally on the right side, it will be shifted to the left. And if space is not available on the left side too, it will be hidden. But should provide an option to display smartly by placing it on the top of the track line or on a fixed position.
