Support to access Custom colors in the FillStyle dialog

Support to access Custom colors in the FillStyle dialog. 


Currently, we have only opened the FillStyle dialog in the Menu item click and in that we have used Color dialog to change the colors. But we don't have any API to access the ColorDialog and FillStyle dialog so we cannot access custom colours of Color diaglog
