When setting the number format, if a number format does not contain current culture currency symbol and number format contains date-time characters like(s, h, m, d, y), then the dot(.) symbol's previous character is a data-time character, then a backslash(\\) symbol is inserted to the number format, which causes the number format preserved improperly in US culture. This needs to be fixed.
