Header/Footer highlighted text, Element width issue after localization

Open demo link and change locale to Germany:

Issue 1 :

When you activate header or footer the the header is always in English.

Font dialog having overlapping issue

the text gets a text-wrap and the icon for Page Setup is wrapped
