Unwanted scroll bar is shown below the MenuBar component

When trying to render the MenuBar component, the unwanted scroll bar is shown below the MenuBar component in versions 19.2.44 and later. But this issue has not occurred in versions 19.1.69 and before. And also, when trying to render the MenuBar component in the layout page, the unwanted scroll bar is shown below the MenuBar component in all versions.

Replication Steps:


  1. Run the sample.

  2. Then open the menu and observe the changes. Now, the unwanted scroll is visible below.

  3. Now, run the sample on the layout page.

  4. And now see the changes. The scroll bar issue happens in all versions.
