PdfDocumentView is blurry

My application is using a PdfDocumentView to display a PDF we create. I can save this PDF to disk just fine, and it displays beautifully in Brave Browser if I open it there. But if I load this same document using:

MyPdfDocumentView.Load(pdfByteStream)

Then the document appears blurry in my app. I can zoom in on the document and see that the text gets clearer as I zoom. The same thing happens for PdfViewerControl.

I've tried turning off all compression in the CompressionOptions, but nothing changes. None of the options seem to help.

Any help is much appreciated.
