Need to add details about Indent/Outdent functionality on ActionComplete /ToolbarClick event

Currently we don't have any Indent/Outdent related details on ActionComplete or ToolbarClick events(such as requestType, action, type)

Need to add these details on triggering these events on performing this action as like Gantt and Blazor TreeGrid
