DropDownList popup open behinds the modal dialog

If the filtering feature enabled, when placing the DropDownList inside the Modal dialog component, filter popup opens behinds the modal popup. Please refer the below screenshot.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the attached sample

2. Change the browser to mobile mode in chrome emulator

3. Open the popup. We can see the issue
