"Document edited" event for PdfViewer control

I need to manage the save status manually via a custom property as the IsDocumentEdited property is read only. You can currently use PageRemoved, PageRotated, FreeTextAnnotationChanged, HandwrittenSignatureChanged, InkAnnotationChanged, TextMarkupAnnotationChanged, ShapeAnnotationChanged, StickyNoteAnnotationChanged and StampAnnotationChanged events to detect when the document is changed, but not all cases are covered (for example if a page is reordered or a form is filled or edited).
