Need to provide support for currency decimal and thousand separator if currency format is provided

Need to provide support for include the currency symbol and the thousands separator while typing as well as focus out the component and also provide support for currency decimals and currency separator for applicable cultures.


As of now our control works based on the decimal and thousand separator in the CLDR data even though provided format is currency format . But some specified cultures (de-AT,fr-CH) has currency decimal and currency separator field (it is not generic field for all cultures). So need to provide support for currency decimals and currency separator for applicable cultures.
