Exception is thrown while parsing named range with external sheet reference in ParseOnDemand option

While parsing an Excel document with parseondemand option, an exception is thrown while parsing named range that has external sheet reference. Because cell with external sheet reference is not handled properly in parseondemand option. This has to be fixed in XlsIO.
