Error bar support for Scatter plot

Currently, error bars are colored according to the line color (in line chart) and column color (in column chart). However, they should have their independent color. Currently, point or scatter charts do not support error bars. So I used a line chart to draw a point chart with error bars. Changed the line color to transparent. However,  since error bars use line colors they also disappear. Only vertical lines are left, without horizontal caps. Alternatively, you can add error bars to scatter plots.
