Provide support for DistinctCount subtotal type in pivot table value field settings

Microsoft Excel provides an option called DistinctCount in PivotTable Value Field Settings, when the pivot table is created with enabling Add this data to a DataModel.

Syncfusion XlsIO does not have support for this and needs to be implemented.
