sfChart can not auto fit size to its parent element

Hi, I thinked i need something help.

I used the sfchart component in my project, but it didn't fit size to its parent.

BTW, It could auto fit size in the package 19.2.0.44 rather than 19.3.0.56.

I had Uploaded the simple,plz see detail in the attachment.
