Clear button does not clear the value in the input

When the control is still in focus after typing, the Clear button does not clear the value in the input.

Replication Procedure

1.Run the sample in the version 19.3.0.43

2.Type a text in the input and click clear icon without focusing out


Expected : Value should be cleared

Output : No action occurs
