Need to improve the performance of the Gantt Chart

Need to improve the performance of the Gantt Chart. Customer has reported that expanding/collapsing the tasks in the Gantt Chart causes a 2-3 second delay. Also, they are saying that the loading time of even 10-15 tasks is long.
