Height="100%" in combination with EnablePersistence and AllowFiltering no longer works

Hi,

We are using the grid in a fixed height container, and set the height to 100%.

This used to work correctly, but stopped working. The grid grows to 32px beyond the container div.

In the sample attached, you will find 3 grids with different settings. as you can see, they have a different height. 

Also, enabling the EnablePersistence seems to remove the bottom line of the grid.
