Change the GridColumn Width when GridColum gets focus in code at runtime

Hello,

In SfGrid in edit mode, either when New row or in Editing a row,

 I would like to be able to when  a 

GridColumn
for e.x. columns[3]  gets focus to change the width of the column to larger in order to provide more space to be visible for edit,  and when loosing focus to change the column width to the initial width or any other width.
