The marker coordinates that are visible in the Map must be returned after zooming and panning in events

The coordinates of the map area must be exposed in the Maps control. This must be exposed in the zoom and load events. After exposing the map area coordinates in the Maps, we must provide support to expose the marker coordinate points that are inside and outside the bounds. This must be exposed in the zoom and pan events.
