Support for various online map providers

The Maps component currently support online map providers such as OSM, Bing and Google based on the "layerType" property. This limits the usage of the other online map providers such as Esri, TomTom and Mapbox. So we need to improve the Maps control to render the online map providers based on the "urlTemplate" property rather than "layerType" property. So we need to deprecate "layerType" property.
