Virtual binding for remote data Source Validated

we need a requirement of pagination where while loading the spreadsheet data it has to load just 50 or 100 records from the data base at once and when we scroll down another 50 or 100 records has to be load but while loading records from the data base the previously loaded contents has to remain same in spreadsheet. Please provide a sample to achieve this.. And that pagination of records should not result in loss of values in filters or sort criteria. Filtering, searching (CTrl+F), searching in filter pop up, sorting etc must still be taken into consideration while doing the pagination.
