CSS style architecture improvements for the Blazor components

To improve the style architecture for Blazor components, consider the below criteria.

  • Segregate the logic from styling.
  • Configs to generate own styles. 
  • Provide simpler customization of the styles for all components. For example, if change a border variable, it must be applied to all the component's borders.
  • Restructure the class structure and use common classes for the same type of elements. For example, header in the Dialog and Accordion must be the same classes.
  • Provide option to apply CSS styles to each element from user end.
