TreeView shows loading circle after adding and expanding new node

Hi

As of 19.3.0.53 there is an issue which hasn't been there previously. (Tested on older version, for example 18.4.0.49 and it is working fine there)

When adding a new node to a TreeView and using "ExpandAll" to expand its parent node, a loading circle appears instead of the dropdown triangle. See here:

I found a workaround by setting the "Expanded" property to "true", but would still appreciate a fix of this bug (unless I am missing something, but I haven't found any breaking changes in TreeView documentary in the last few updates)

I also attached a sample Project to showcase this issue. Simply run the project and click on "Add Node" button to see what I mean.
