While pasting 100000 rows of data form excel to spreadsheet, the webpage freezes

1) Open attached Excel file 

2) Select Column A in its entirety 

3) Press Ctrl+C (Copy) 


5) Go to cell H1 

6) Press Ctrl+V 

7) Control and webpage freeze.
