The exception is thrown when scroll through horizontal thumb track in web and desktop platforms

The following exception is thrown when scroll through horizontal scroll thumb track. This is specifically occurred when the rows are limited within view port height and isScrollbarAlwaysShown property is enabled.

Error: Assertion failed: flutter/packages/flutter/lib/src/widgets/single_child_scroll_view.dart:666:18 transformed == position + -_paintOffset is not true.
