Setting the GridSelectionSettings Type attribute to 'Single' is ignored if a checkbox column is defined

 this was previously reported as fixed in bug 23571 as of version 19.1.0.63, however i have confirmed that it is not working as described in the original bug report

attached a code example. If i remove the First column (checkbox) single selection mode as set in code works correctly.
