System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown accessing DocumentInformation.XmpMetadata.BasicSchema.CreateDate

Hi!

If I load and save the PDF document from the attached sample I got a System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException.

The same happens if I access pdfDocument.DocumentInformation.XmpMetadata.BasicSchema.CreateDate. Watching the XML of the BasicSchema I can see that there is the content of "()W" in the CreateDate node which seems to be weird and maybe wrong but no exception should be thrown. 

This works in older versions of Syncfusion like 18.4.0.43.
