Timepicker component does not focus out when mask support is enabled

Issue reproducing sample: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/bootstrap5/timepicker/input-mask.html

Replication procedure:

1. Open the attached demo

2. Focus the component and change the value in the timepicker.

3. Then focus out the component using tab key.

4. The component did not blur until we click in the document using mouse.
