CurrentPageNumber Field is empty in a repeated table header

If I create a repeated Table Header (IsHeader = true) which contains the CurrentPageField, the output will be empty for this field.

Code snipped to create the CurrentPageNumber:

var para = table[1, 2].AddParagraph();
para.ParagraphFormat.HorizontalAlignment = HorizontalAlignment.Right;
para.AppendText("Seite: ");
para.AppendField("CurrentPageNumber", FieldType.FieldPage);
para.AppendText(" von ");
para.AppendField("TotalNumberOfPages", FieldType.FieldNumPages);
