PDF Custom Properties, Read or Get Metadata

  1. How can I get the Name from pdf properties -> Custom Metadata? I need to get the key name progammatically.
  2. How can I get the pdf properties Advance -> pdf settings -> "Base Url:" value ?  I need to get the value progammatically.

This link is the closes but I need to get the key names and values for 1 and 2 respectively. In this link user will provide the key name for the custom properties.
