Add callback in the end of OnAfterRender method

Hello,

Sometimes it is useful to execute some methods when OnAfterRender method of a component is fired, for example, if I need to know when 

OnAfterRender method finished its execution,  it would be great if I can pass the callback function as a parameter that changes boolean value.

So can you please add new parameter callback function "
OnAfterRenderExecuted
" to the syncfusion components and call this callback function in the end of 
OnAfterRender and 
OnAfterRenderAsync 
methods?
