Provide support for zooming the marker template as overlay images on the tile maps

When the images such as part of a Map is rendered as marker template over the tile map layer, there is no synchronization with the zooming of the Maps. The position is also not proper. Since we can add any HTML element in the marker template, we cannot restrict the styling of the template. Additional support for synchronizing the marker template to the tile maps must be provided.
