Currently, the Data Grid shows shortly the text "No records to display" while waiting for rows to be displayed. This can be seen well in the remote data demo (especially in slower internet connection): https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/bootstrap5/grid/remote-data.html

We have found this misleading for users, as they might first think that there is nothing to show, but eventually some data appears. I suggest, that the "No records to display" text is only shown when there is really no rows to show.

The similar problem also seems to be in the Pivot Grid.

Instead, there perhaps could be a text like "Loading data...", but on the other hand, the loading spinner quite intuitively communicates to the user what's happening.
