Date format does not always appear correctly in exported Excel file

The example exports dates to Excel using different formats, and format "dd/MM/yyyy" appears in Excel as "dd.MM.yyyy" (see also screenshot). Other formats work, so is this a bug related to the "/" character in date format?

Columns configuration:
