API for Unit of Measurement (pixels/inches/cm) to DocumentEditor

The Document Editor displays unit of measurement in pixels.  Provide an API to specify the unit of measurement in inches and display on all places where measurements are referenced, specifically Page Setup dialog and Image settings pane.
