Drag the pointer to a specific step value

Hello,
I use the Circular Gauge component. I use this to display an energy consumption in kWh. The minimum size is 0 kWh and the maximum size is 5000 kWh. In addition, the user should also be able to set the value of the pointer via drag and drop. This works fine so far. But for my project it must be possible to drag the pointer to a specific step value from the current value. For example I would like to be able to set the interval to 1 (1kWh, 2kWh...).
