Improve drawing ink annotation by reducing ink selection area thinner in ink annotation mode

The attach file is the video writing "Test" by a digitizer pen, it could be found the drawing sometimes has wrong response and some strokes disappear.
It might be caused by the rectangle produced after drawing and strokes disappear then.

Is it possible to improve this by adjusting the rectangle produced time?
